Celebrate Riesling Month with a Riesling Scented Candle

In the Finger Lakes Region, May is Riesling Month.  The majority of German wines are Rieslings, where it has been famous for centuries.  The grapes date back to the 15th century, and now this grape is often used with ice wines, which is famous in our area.  The light wine can be sweet, but there a few dry ones that are notable.   At the Wine and Culinary Center, they hold a Rendezvous with Riesling event, where Finger Lakes Wineries come to give tasting of this famous grape.
