Canandaigua is getting its 15 minutes of fame! The city and surrounding area is going to be the new home base for upcoming movie Mud Jumper, which is written and produced by Canandaigua native, Eric Blazak.
The movie is focused around main character Ship Mitchell, who’s a Manhattan native, and is relocated to the quiet, and unfamiliar, serenity of Upstate New York’s picturesque town of Canandaigua. Feeling like a fish out of water, Ship struggles with abandonment by his wife and children who leave him alone in a town he does not know. Determined not to leave his children, Ship strives to redefine himself and become a better man.
Wick-edly Sent was asked to put together gift baskets for the movies cast members, which include Megan Fox, who became famous through her work in the movie Transformers and Adrien Brody, who is known for his work in The Pianist. We were more than delighted to create something special for the actors and included in the baskets many of our own products as well as items from other local businesses, keeping in mind to cater to the individuals tastes.
